These buildings are constituent additions to the city. The Townhall, Auditorium, Stadium and Parks are a constitients of elements being constructed. The buildings follow the vocabulary of the existing buildings.

Auditorium has a unique seating arrangement which ensures most seating is near the stage. The roof is inclined to create solar power and sufficient standing broom is provided for impromptu townhall meetings that are central to grass root democracy.
Stadium Seating acts as a roof for travelling sportsmen, storage and services. A youthful image comes from the tensile roof and corbelled windows
